3. Complete Disclaimer of Liability

MetaKet Inc. and TikWall expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any fraud, scam, deception, or dishonest conduct by any user
• Defective, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or illegal goods
• Any financial loss arising from transactions between users
• Physical injury, death, or harm occurring during in-person meetings arranged through the platform
• False identities, misrepresentation, or inaccurate information provided by users
• Any criminal activity conducted by or between users
• Loss or theft of personal property during exchanges
• Any harm arising from contact made through the platform

Users interact and transact entirely at their own risk. MetaKet Inc. does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any user, listing, product, or service on this platform.

4. Safety Guidelines

We strongly recommend all users follow these safety practices:

• Always meet in well-lit, busy public places (police station parking lots, shopping malls)
• Never share your home address with strangers
• Bring a friend or family member to exchanges when possible
• Complete financial transactions in a secure, public setting
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, cancel and leave
• Report suspicious listings or users to us immediately
• Never send payment before receiving goods
• Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true

5. Prohibited Content

Users may not post listings for:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Unlicensed firearms, weapons, or explosive materials
• Stolen goods or property
• Sexual content or services
• Protected wildlife or endangered species
• Counterfeit goods or pirated material
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or material promoting violence
• Any item or service prohibited under Canadian federal or provincial law

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CANADIAN LAW, METAKET INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM, EVEN IF METAKET INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

MetaKet Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
